Use both my screens for remote desktop

Solution

From the remote desktop window ... before you click connect ... look for the "show options" link on the bottom left. once you click that it will open a larger window with tabs at the top. The second tab, display, is where we will find the option to "use all my monitors for the remote session" ... select that box and connect to your remote machine. You should now have your remote session on both screens.
